Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Setup & Attachment:
   • Connect the pile breaker to an excavator or hydraulic power station by hydraulic hoses.
   • Ensure all safety pins and connections are secure, as specified in the manufacturer's manual.
2. Adjustment:
   • Adjust the breaker's modular to match with the square or round piles.
3. Positioning:
   • Lifting by crane or excavator, make sure the concrete pile is in the middle of pile breaker, cutting height 300mm.
4. Breaking Action:
   • Activate the hydraulic oil flow; this powers the cylinders to grip and apply immense, uniform pressure around the pile.
   • The concrete fractures cleanly along the lines of pressure, preventing damage to the internal reinforcement.
5. Removal & Repetition:
   • Lift the breaker, separating the broken concrete section.
   • For tall piles, reposition the breaker and repeat the process until the entire pile is cut to the desired height, leaving the rebar exposed.
6. Cleanup & Safety:
• Clear any remaining debris from the pile head.
